Two countries, two cultures and two beautiful hearts brought together thousands of miles from home.


Pilar, a nurse from Spain, and Simon, an electrician from Australia, never imagined that a chance meeting in a London bar in 2017 would change their lives forever.


What began as a simple conversation blossomed into a beautiful love story, proving that love knows no borders, no distance and no boundaries.


From two strangers in London to building a beautiful life and family together, their journey is a wonderful reminder that sometimes the greatest love stories begin when we least expect them.


What an absolute honour and privilege it was to be their marriage celebrant and share in such a beautiful chapter of their love story!
